We began our word work today. Students were given a list of words based on a spelling assessment and began working on learning the spelling rule. They will use the words in a variety of ways throughout the next week. We also did a subtraction assessment. Some students require some extra practice. Please use the tasks on study ladder to practice at home. There are also some reading comprehension tasks that can be practiced at home. Remember to spend 10-15 minutes per day practicing your times tables!! Show your family the cross conservation website! http://www.crossconservation.org/ Secret question: What are 5 animals that live at cross conservation? Write it down and give it to Mrs. King tomorrow! Have a great night!

Welcome back! We have had a short but busy week! Reminders: Report cards are coming home with students today.
